Get Fluoride Out of Your System which Causes Premature Births, Brain Degradation, Bone Loss, Cancer and Hormone Disruption. Here Is How

For those of you wishing to rid your body of fluoride, search no more: The answers are here.

In particular, we have a few different remedies we’d like to share with you – all of them can help you flush fluoride from your body.
The first? Sweat.

No, really – sweating helps your body remove toxins, and one of the best ways to sweat is in a sauna. This helps your body rid itself of sodium fluoride and other toxins.

Just make sure you drink plenty of water too, as your body needs to stay well-hydrated to efficiently flush toxins out.

Second? Selenium.

Selenium is especially important for your ability to flush toxins because it’s needed by both your thyroid and immune system.

As selenium is fat-soluble, however, you need to also be careful not to overdo it – the National Institute of Health recommends no more than 400 micro-grams daily.

Best if you get it naturally in your diet – asparagus, broccoli, garlic, onions, and tomatoes are all great veggie sources!

Third? Iodine.

Iodine and fluoride are in the same group of elements, but only Iodine is not toxic to the body. To make matters worse, both iodine and fluoride compete for the iodine receptors in the thyroid. According to the World Health Organization, more than 72% of the world’s population is deficient in iodine.

In the past 30 years, iodine levels have decreased by 50% in the general population. Iodine deficiency may be the major reason why the thyroid is so vulnerable to fluoride toxicity.
In numerous studies, iodine supplementation has been found to significantly increase in the urinary detoxification fluoride, thus taking a significant toxic load off the thyroid. In one study, only one day after supplementing with 50 mg of iodine, urinary excretion of fluoride increased by nearly 78%.

Research has indicated that the current RDA for iodine, at 150 mcg per day, may be too low. Thyroid expert Dr. Brownstein recommends a minimum of 1.5 mg of iodine daily and much more in cases of iodine deficiency or thyroid dysfunction.
